Wakes up on its own

Im using windows XP professional with service pack 2, i installed it reciently and got everything working fine, but when i enter susopend mode, it shuts down as it normally shoud, but a few minutes later it wakes up and gives me the log on screen.

Anyone knows what may cause this? the option to wake up via the lan adapter is off from the bios, so i dont think that is the problem.

Probably wakes up due the LAN activity.

I personaly dont have 2133 yet (but have it ordered) so i cannot tell you if this option is enabled in the BIOS. but check it out anyway.
