Dell Desktop

The install starts ok, but after windows copies files to the computer and it reboots the first time to complete the installation.

Rather than continuing the install, it:

With BIOS set as boot from CD-ROM first: starts the install process over.
With BIOS set as boot from Hard Drive first: The DELL screen pops up and then reboots, DELL pops up, reboots, etc.

After selecting R (restore), I've tried bootcfg /rebuild, no luck there either.

When i'm at the DOS prompt after hitting Restore, could I copy the CD-ROM to the hard drive and just install from there?
