HP Mini Guide

Hi I just upgraded my Windows Vista Basic OS with Windows 7 Ultimate-N on my HP 2133 but now I am unable to use my web cam, everytime I click to open the web cam it tells me that the program is missing WMVCORE.dll and that it can not open.
I looked at the drivers under the HP website but there were non listed for Windows 7. I uninstalled the HP Web cam and then reinstalled it using the vista drivers but it still does not function and I keep getting the same error message. Can anyone tell me what I can do to correct this so that my web cam can work or were I can get this driver, Thanks
