| When you complete the Windows 7 install, you may see in the device manager that there are 2 "Unknown Devices". There were a few fragmented replies, and posts, but I thought that would provide the the answers in one post. The 2 Unknown Devices are:- 1) The HP Quick Launch Buttons. 2) The HP 3D Drive Guard. To get rid of the Unknown devices from the device manager, you will need to download the drivers from the HP web site. The drivers are for Windows, Vista but don't worry, these are the drivers that you need for Windows 7. The Drivers can be found on the HP web site at this location. http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport...&swEnvOID=2094 Navigate to the web site, and select these drivers. Under the Drivers heading:- HP Quick Launch Buttons, The download is 23Mb Under the Software Security heading:- HP 3D DriveGuard for Windows Vista, The download is 4.5Mb |
