Default Installing W7 without a DVD drive or USB - Daemon Tools?

I have seen a guide that tells you to use a disk emulator (like Daemon Tools, and there are lots of others). So would it be possible to just mount your image virtually and launch the W7 installation process inside existing Windows (XP in my case). Ofcourse you must have created a partition for your installation so the installation files could be copied there.

But would installation via Daemon Tools really work?

(Oh, I don't have external DVD-drive or 4GB USB memory stick)

Ok, done it, worked like a charm. It was really easy
    1. Use this program to create a new partition
    2. Mount the W7 installation ISO using Deamon Tools
    3. It'll install the installation files to the new partition and reboot
    4. continue install
