Please help!

i bought a Hp 2133 mini note with linux.today someone installed a windows XP sp 3 for me but i dont know what has happened.but my C drive shows only 3.79gb whereas the mini note has 120 gb hard drive.
im amazingly distressed.can anyone help how to solve the problem.could the program be at the beginning in BIOs setup where he chose i think only some 3048 mb or 3072 mb.i dont know what to do.please help

Start over.
It sounds like your (ex-)friend put the WinXP into what was either the recovery or swap partition.
So your Linux install is probably still there - you can probably just re-install grub and boot it.
(if you do that, and it was the "recovery" partition the "friend" used - you can set up grub to boot it also.)
But a 4G WinXP install isn't much use - -
So better advice:
1) Find better friends...
2) Wipe drive and start over - if you want to dual boot, install the Win-Product first, then the other.

If your model is KR922UT it's not surprising - this one had no hard drive, but just 4GB SSD drive. Please check if you really have regular HDD inside.
