Hello all,
I have recently installed ubuntu jaunty on my hp mini.
compiz works fine and and I have compiz's effects without any issue.
the problem is : I can not read video files.
Totem crash with the error:
The error was 'BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)'.
(Details: serial 98 error_code 11 request_code 134 minor_code 19)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
Anybody got this issue?
How can I fix it?
my kernel: 2.6.28-11-generic
my screen: 1024X600
Thanks in advance

Hello,
I'm using a xorg.conf found on this forum:
xorg.conf for 1024X600
I've upgraded my system and you know what? I'm now able to play video files without error!!
but I've lost compiz 3D effect at the same time....
