Wifi switch light is always in red in Ubuntu 9.10

    Can someone help me to set up wifi?(at least make the switch light blue)

    Install the firmware blob into your wifi adapter.
    You can find it in "restricted packages".

    Mine is blue. I used the broadcom proprietary driver that the system prompts you is available. Seems fine.....
