Has anyone have encountered an update issue on the Mini 5101 when one tries to update to new service pack 1 via Novell?

The issue that I am experiencing when I go through the process of updating my Mini 5101 is that I get a message Novell is requesting a "HP License Number" before updates can be completed.

I called Novell and they say that it is a HP issue. I called HP and they say it is a Novell issuse. I called HP again and all I got was India helpdesk and they do not speak American.

It has been 2 weeks and my case manager from HP has not called, emailed, or whatever to solve this issue. Has anyone had this problem?
