Just got a 2140.... My 2133's mobo died for the 2nd time in a year. They fixed it under warrenty the first time and it worked for another 6 months. I know the 2140 is discontinued, but I got a great deal on a new unit for $350. (Amazon) Plus it uses the same keyboard, battery and charger as my old 2133. So I have spare parts if needed...
I just hate the thought of having to reinstall my apps....
Reinstalling is a pain, but I think you will be very happy with the end result. My wife and I both got 2133's, and I traded mine for a refurb 2140 from HP. To me the difference is night and day. I also upgraded the hard drive to a SSD drive from Corsair, and find the 2140 the most attractive netbook out there still after all this time.
I bought a second unit just to sit on the shelf. I am very happy with the 2140's ability to do what I need, I doubt there is a need for me to upgrade to a "better" laptop.
Many laptops don't have bluetooth and a 54 slot. Both of these are a MUST HAVE for me as I use a Mogo mouse...
