I'm about to purchase a Mini 110, and I'm considering 2 options, but I don't know if they're worth it. First is the N280 1.66 processor with the 667 Mhz FSB, and the other is the HD 1366 x 768 HD monitor.

I read that the N280 might not be a huge performance leap, but works better with HD. I have upgraded processors in desktops in the past, but I'm not sure this is possible with these Minis. Once I choose a processor, am I pretty much stuck with it?

To me, the screen would be a nice option, because it's perfect for 720p video, and I know for sure that it can't be changed later, at least not for only $35.

Everything else, like video cards, etc., can easily be upgraded later, so I don't see a reason to choose these now.
