Default Reprogram right "Shift" to "Enter"

There is a problem that hp mini 2133 has a very little "enter" key.
But up and above of it there are two keys "\ | /" and right "shift" that in no use at all.
How can I reprogram one of them or both (it would be better) to "enter".
    Please step by step.

    Thanks.

well the details of it would be a bit much to post step by step but the only way that I can think of to do it would be to learn a programming language of your choice, I would suggest VB.NET or C++ and then create a program with a transparent form (so it remains invisible) and have it listen for what ever ASCII code is thrown out by the key your wanting to reprogram, capture it and, instead, send out the ASCII code for the enter key

but by the time you've done that, you will be used to the enter key

very funny, but useless at all!
I've found some programs which can help to remap keys, probably you don't know about it
for example: Key remapper, KeyTweak, TradeKeys 2, AutoHotKey, Keyboard Maniac
They can remap any key except "Fn"

under windows it can be done with registry files, i have some for xp which kill the PERMANENT SHIFT what annoyes me on any pc when i write something

it should be easy for you to find a programm to "scan" for the keyboardcodes and then change the keys you don't need to some thing else

under ubuntu it is done where you map your windows keys to the Gnome frontend
