Just got my mini 2133 yesterday. Only £190 and add 2gb ocz ram for £15. Mine came with a Seagate hdd. No more grill mesh at the exhaust fan.

Install the hp wireless asisstant sp34510 to switch off bt within xp (no need to tweak the bios). Also realize with this the battery indicator show remaining TIME on top of %. But not sure if the time can be trusted.

Anybody who still thinking to buy this don't wait anymore. Just go buy it.

Did you take the grill mesh or are you saying its like that from the factory new?

i got mine yesterday aswell, there is no grill mesh on the exaust fan on the latest model, 1.2GHz, SLED.

havent found heat an issue yet.

yup... came like that from factory
i guess the design problem has been address by HP
one of the benefits for waiting 7 months
also i am getting:
1. free guide to get the most out of the mini in this forum..... Thanks to everybody here!

Well that sucks. If thats what they're doing with them now, thats an admission of a manufacturing defect and ALL of the 2133's should be subject to a factory recall, especially as so many of them die without warning.
