SUSE simply quit working. HP sent a dvd, the load of it prompted a demand for a hd password. Suddenly, the password I use for everything, which is what I'd set up the 2133 with, no longer works. I've tried every possible variant. None work.

As one more effort to find some solution, I'm trying to load XP. I can't delete whatever OS is still on the 2133 without the password. Which I don't have. A linux board suggested I download something called ... do ... the name of a program. I can't find it. And, until I can find a password to allow me to ...

I have a nice notebook that I can't use. HP isn't able to tell me how to fix it.

I have found message after message saying SUSE was not the best linux HP could have selected. I know nothing about Linux, but I've learned a lot about SUSE and its defects.

I'm stumped. Any help is welcomed.
