Im planning to buy cooling pad for my 2133 Was thinking about Cooler Master NotePal Infinite Cooling Pad I read on the net that it is compatible with 12 to 15 inch screen notebooks, but what do you thing would it be good for 2133 , Is it possible to use it while sitting on couch, putting that on my legs and 2133 on that , would that be comfortable (I usually often put 2133 on my leg when sitting on couch). ![]() ![]() ![]() edit my 2133 came from service after couple of days so I thought if they are so fast with changing motherboard who need cooling pad anyway

It looks like the same as all the other ones I've seen. A usb powered fan moves air through a pad that the laptop sit on. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work with the 2133, you'll just have more overhand on the sides instead of the laptop fitting neatly over the whole pad like the picture. That could be useful for other stuff, but probably not enough for a mouse surface. If you have a bag that the cooler is going to travel with the 2133, you'll probably need a bad that will fit a 15" laptop. I've seen some cooling pads that fold in half, you might check that out. I had an Antec one that worked great. It had an aluminum top and pulled air down from the top and exhausted out the back. From the picture, this one looks to have the opposite airflow, but I think I like that better. I feel like it would work better with the internal cooling fan. If it's drawing air from the back, that will be slightly higher pressure air, so you might have to clean dust off the grill periodically, no big deal. If it's one that has really short, tidy cord, make sure it will reach one of you usb ports. There should be no problem using it on your lap or on a couch unless there are vents on the bottom.

I ended up getting a Rosewill brand "extensible notebook cooler" part number RNA-61601 from Newegg for a little under $20.00. It's mostly aluminum, has (2) fans that are speed adjustable, a 4 port USB hub, and is just a couple of inches wider than the 2133. The air blows "up" onto the base of the 2133, and seems to help quite a bit.
