    Question Problems with HP Quickweb

My sister bought a HP laptop and somehow activated the quickweb feature, now thats not bad it's a very good asset if you want to surf the web without having to wait for the O/S to kick in;But now she can't use her internet connection after her O/S has loaded. She uses a wireless connection and I can't find a way to get it back on track. She has windows 7 installed. Does anybody know how to get her system back up to par?. I'm afraid to uninstall the quickweb cause I might mess up something and then she won't have anything to work with aside from then blaming Me for her troubles
Oh; by the way when her system starts up, she gets an environment2 runtime missing; does this have anything to do with it?
As always you ask them what they did to the system and you get a ("I didn't do anything it just started doing that" answer)
Thank You to anyone who can help. David

QuickWeb has nothing to do with Windows7 - it's a separate, stripped-down linux operating system that is booted before starting Windows7.
It's hard to tell from your description what is the problem. I would just boot into Windows 7 and try to connect to a wireless network. And if you have no Internet access in QuickWeb there is also a feature to search for WiFi networks there. Simple as that.
I have no idea what (and on what basis) you call environment2.

BTW: If everything fails, check the manual it's not so bad after all. It's on the HDD.
Where do we want you to go today?
