| can't seem to find any posts about photo editors on here, and my have just overlooked them. but, has anyone had any luck with a specific, lightweight editor that runs smoothly in some netbooks? i'm trying to figure out how to download gimp at the moment, but have just installed paint.net, and despite the 1064x728 required resolution, it opens up just fine and haven't had any hiccups. and it opens QUICK! yay! |

| Hi, The best photo editing software is Adobe photoshop. I have never done any edition ever till date. I install the software because my sis is working on Adobe photoshop and she has done editing of many photos and seems very nice. If you want minor change then try to edit with Nero.

| Depends on what level of complexity you need, i prefer gimp for advanced stuff, and for everyday more common use paint.net because its really fast and offers good options like layers without being overly complex (I don't really need a lot of options since my work is not design related) |
