Default what would be the perfect netbook?

in other words, what else would make the 2133 the greatest

Better processor, that's all I could ask for.

I'm not totally unhappy with the 1.6ghz C7 though, it's pretty close to perfect for me and my uses.

A little less heat, and a bigger screen (speakers could go on the bottom).

A dual core nano on a smaller process should create less heat and increase the length of the existing battery.

Surprise! You ask people for improvements to the 2133 and all they talk about is the processor!
